About Seaco
Originally founded as "Sea Containers" in 1965, Seaco is a globally recognised brand that offers one of the largest and diversified modern fleets of 2.4 million TEU intermodal container equipment, a range suitable for the transportation of almost every cargo type. Seaco provides a range of flexible leasing solutions, sales, and support services to more than 750 clients across the world, operating from an international network of 23 sales and support offices, further supported by an independent depot network across 189 port locations in 51 countries, helping to position container equipment, when and where it is needed.
What did they build?
Seaco is revolutionizing depot operations with AI-powered automation. By integrating multilingual voice input, real-time image recognition, and seamless SAP connectivity via Workato, Seaco has simplified inspection processes and unlocked new levels of accessibility. With Google Cloud, Seaco was able to build multimodal support for speech to text, extract data from SAP, orchestrate Workato, inspect using AI and output to write into SAP and email follow-up action items all from the speech transcription. This allows Seaco to meet the demands of inspectors on the ground easily and meet accessibility needs of employees internally.

About Embed
Embed is the worldwide leader in cashless business management systems and solutions for the amusement, entertainment and leisure industries. What did they build?
Embed’s Sidequest AI introduces a new level of guest engagement through per use experiences like avatar generation and real-time leaderboards. Built with Vertex AI, Gemini 1.5 Flash and Colab, embed is able to help their clients provide a hyper personalised experience by analysing guest behaviour to understand context and create user engagement for providing tailored game recommendations. Additionally, they are able to gain valuable insights into user engagement, helping to refine content strategies and improve customer loyalty. Finally, Embed is able to streamline early-stage development, enabling faster iterations and improved AI model performance before scaling up.
Their journey does not stop here, Embed is looking at tapping into Gemini 2.0 Flash enabling new possibilities for developing innovative features such as real-time content updates, dynamic user segmentation, and adaptive game recommendations harnessing location-based optimisation, allowing them to stay ahead of market trends and continuously improve their offerings.

About Vietnam SuperPort™
Vietnam SuperPort™ is an 83-hectare multi-modal logistics hub under YCH Group, a leading supply chain management and logistics partner operating across Asia Pacific. As the largest logistics infrastructure project led by a Singaporean company in Vietnam, it aims to strengthen the country's integration into global supply chains, reduce logistics costs, and enhance its competitive edge in international trade.
What did they build?
Vietnam SuperPort™ developed a solution to automate two key stages in their OACT operations.
Firstly, they improved their document checks process for cargo-specific shipping regulations. Manually, the process required 10 staff members and 15 minutes per cargo, making it time-consuming and error prone. Leveraging Google Cloud’s Document AI, powered by Gemini models, they built a custom process that extracts relevant information from various cargo-related documents and automatically cross checks them against their databases. This significantly streamlined the compliance process and reduced manual effort.
They also improved the process of x-ray screening of prohibited items. They integrated a Google Cloud’s Vision AI object detection model for identifying prohibited items. Detection results trigger automated workflows using Pub/Sub for alerting and are stored and processed via Cloud Storage and Cloud SQL. The entire pipeline is deployed using Cloud Run, which simplifies scaling and deployment, allowing rapid iteration and development.

About Frasers Hospitality
Frasers Hospitality, established in 1998, is a premier global hospitality group headquartered in Singapore. As a strategic business unit of Frasers Property Limited, it specializes in offering luxury serviced apartments, hotel residences, and boutique lifestyle hotels across key international cities.
What did they build?
Frasers Hospitality faced challenges with its time-consuming, manual SOP creation and updating processes. Its existing knowledge base lacked the advanced search and AI capabilities needed to efficiently manage regional and property-specific procedures.
To address these issues, Frasers Hospitality implemented an innovative system that leverages Google Vertex AI and Cloud Run. The solution provides a user-friendly interface for accessing and managing SOPs, and it automatically generates SOP documents and BPMN flowchart images by analyzing training videos. This automated process dramatically reduces the time and effort required to create and update SOPs. Additionally, the system offers one-click translation into multiple languages, ensuring accessibility across Frasers Hospitality's global operations.
The AI-powered solution has significantly enhanced customer service by providing better-trained operators with on-demand access to training content and SOPs. This has led to improved operational efficiency and a more consistent, high-quality guest experience across Frasers Hospitality's properties.
