Building a secure foundation for
AI-ready enterprise data

A dashboard for Audit Engineering Digital Twin

igot.ai was built to solve a common enterprise problem: critical insight was locked inside large volumes of unstructured documents, making high-value work slow, manual, and difficult to scale. In audit and compliance engagements, teams often had to review thousands of pages by hand to find relevant evidence. In one state audit use case, the process required about 100 people working for two months. igot.ai needed a platform that could securely process confidential information, surface relevant findings faster, and support repeatable AI-driven workflows in production.

The company selected Google Cloud for the combination of data, AI, and infrastructure services needed to move from manual review to operational intelligence. Partnering with Google Cloud Partner CloudAZ, the company moved from manual review to operational intelligence. CloudAZ acted as a strategic companion, providing end-to-end consulting—from migration and security to data and AI—that allowed offloading the architectural heavy lifting. By helping igot.ai secure a $248,000 GFS grant and additional sponsorships, CloudAZ significantly optimized the initial investment and accelerated their go-to-market. This collaboration gave igot.ai the secure, production-ready foundation it needed to transform static document repositories into a system teams could search, analyze, and act on.

BigQuery gave igot.ai a scalable foundation for organizing and querying enterprise data. Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform (GEAP) provided a managed environment to build and deploy AI capabilities with governance, while Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) enabled reliable orchestration of complex workflows at scale. Together, these services gave igot.ai the secure, production-ready foundation it needed to transform static document repositories into a system teams could search, analyze, and act on.

We needed a platform that could handle massive unstructured data securely and turn it into actionable intelligence for our customers. Google Cloud gave us the scale, security, and AI foundation to move from manual review to enterprise-grade automation.

Implementing multi-agent ‘War Rooms’
on Google Cloud

Deployment view of harness platform

With Google Cloud in place, igot.ai implemented a multi-agent architecture designed for real enterprise workflows. The platform uses BigQuery to ground analysis in enterprise data, Gemini models in GEAP to reason over documents and generate structured outputs, and GKE to run and scale the agent workflows behind each use case. This approach allows specialized agents to handle tasks such as retrieval, analysis, validation, and workflow coordination within a governed runtime environment.

The implementation helped igot.ai turn AI from a pilot capability into an operating model. In state audit scenarios, the platform increased evidence discovery by more than 300% while reducing data preparation effort by 87.5%. By automating tasks that previously required four IT specialists and two weeks of work, a single person can now prepare data in one week—accelerating the time-to-audit by 50% and unblocking up to 30 auditor-weeks of productivity per project. Internally, by leveraging the core infrastructure architected by CloudAZ, igot.ai freed its team from infrastructure management. This enabled the company to reduce the specialist team required to operate the platform from 12 engineers to 4 by automating major parts of deployment and workflow management. The company also achieved a 95% completion rate for multi-agent workflows running on GKE, showing that complex AI orchestration could be delivered consistently at enterprise scale. By combining Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, BigQuery, and GKE, igot.ai built a repeatable path from enterprise data to production AI execution.

Looking ahead, igot.ai plans to deploy its solution to the Google Cloud Marketplace, enabling more businesses to turn their raw data into an autonomous workforce.

We’ve increased evidence discovery by over 300% and eliminated manual DevOps by orchestrating AI agents on Google Cloud. Now, our four-person team delivers complex, governed workflows with unprecedented speed and precision.
