When the customers visit the website, the system automatically sends LINE or email recall messages with exclusive offers without requiring any IT support.
For Versuni, a home appliance brand, beBit TECH integrates first-party data into its CDP to better understand customer needs, powering a personalized engine that delivers precise product content and recommendations in real time. For Cha Tzu Tang, the platform automatically identifies consumers' preferred communication channels and runs campaigns, achieving an average 54x Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). In specific scenarios like abandoned-cart recovery, ROAS can reach 507, showcasing the power of automated, personalized marketing. The platform also utilizes LINE, email, and SMS to drive customers to complete their purchases either on the official website or in stores, tailoring its approach to the marketing goals of different major sales periods.
For Versuni, the platform drives both new and repeat customer growth. New customer sign-ups increased by 1.23 times, online revenue rose by 55%, and repeat purchase rates doubled, showing how personalized experiences drive engagement and revenue.
