When end users call an IT service desk to report incidents or request assistance, customers call a financial institution to check on a loan or credit card application, or a sales team needs to contact prospects to offer products or discounts, organizations need to trigger a range of processes to make these interactions seamless and secure.

Streamlining these processes is the mission of Singapore-headquartered digital telecommunications provider B3Networks.

The organization does this through a Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) that enables developers to integrate voice and video calling, social messaging, and other communications features into corporate applications.

To operate efficiently and support a customer base that includes more than 12 telecommunications providers, over 60 telecommunications system integrators, and more than 6,000 corporate and business customers, B3Networks' teams needed to access information held in multiple systems and applications.

These include JIRA, Confluence, and Google Docs.

However, in many cases, this meant manually connecting product managers and developers to obtain accurate responses. This was a laborious, time-consuming process that slowed operations and strategic decision-making.

With Gemini Enterprise, the organization has consolidated unstructured data into a single source of truth for easy querying and reporting, and accelerated decision-making.

The organization engaged Google Cloud Partner Cloud Ace to assist with the initial trial and implementation of Gemini Enterprise, including the connection of data sources, such as JIRA and Confluence, and the provision of continued technical support.

B3Networks integrates Gemini Enterprise into its CPaaS for its internal users through the Gemini Enterprise API to avoid the creation of lengthy, hard-to-remember links, and provide a better entry point and experience.

With Gemini Enterprise, B3Networks has established a one-stop source of consolidated data that powers use cases such as the creation of product requirement documents from projects managed within JIRA in minutes.

The organization has cut more than 20 minutes from the time to finalize each query. In one month, the team successfully generated 1,800 answers from 3,500 queries through Gemini Enterprise.

The organization also employs Gemini Enterprise to provide an interface for its end users to build AI agents that analyze support ticket content for service incident types and numbers using the B3Networks knowledge base. This enables them to identify incidents incorrectly escalated immediately, delivering considerable time savings and efficiency improvements.

The organization plans to extend its use of Gemini Enterprise to empower customers to query data directly, complementing its use of Gemini 2.5 Pro to enable telecommunications customers to build their own custom agents.
