Agnes AI pioneers a new path as an “AI Native Snap” platform

In recent years, “AI assistants” and “AI tools” have been widely used to improve task efficiency. Yet in reality, most people remain light AI users. The main reasons include that AI is still largely associated with tasks like writing emails or managing projects. Also, high costs and limited access to advanced AI in emerging markets such as India and Southeast Asia further limit adoption. As a result, only a very few are willing to pay for subscriptions. This gap in everyday usage led Agnes AI to take a different path.

To further lower barriers, Agnes AI focused on cost-efficient AI delivery and shared AI experiences that make advanced capabilities accessible to a broader global audience.

Agnes AI is an AI-native collaborative workspace platform headquartered in Singapore, focused on integration across both the foundation model and the application. Its brand mission is to bring AI’s capabilities into an all-in-one application that spans productivity, entertainment, and social interaction—so AI is no longer a tool that is passively invoked, but something that naturally integrates into broader scenarios of everyday life and work. Designed for everyday use by ordinary people, this vision led Agnes AI to define a new positioning: “AI Native Snap.”

We define ourselves as an “AI Native Snap” platform to make AI a high-frequency presence in everyday life. Through formats such as chat, communities, and news, AI becomes something people continuously experience, ready to use when there is a need, and inviting to explore even when there isn’t.

From its launch, the company has expanded rapidly across South Asia, India, the Middle East, and into Europe and the United States, requiring a platform capable of delivering consistent AI experiences globally.

Agnes AI believes the real breakthrough for AI adoption lies in making AI a high-frequency presence. AI should not only be used for clearly defined tasks, but also be available and inviting to explore in the many unscripted moments of daily work and life. On mobile devices, AI can proactively initiate conversations and deliver content rather than simply waiting for commands. Through formats such as chat, communities, and news, AI becomes part of the daily information flow and part of everyday life.

This approach resonates strongly with a new generation of digital-native users who expect AI to be embedded naturally into communication, creativity, and social interaction.

This philosophy drove Agnes AI to collaborate with Google Cloud. With a global infrastructure and strong brand trust, as well as low-latency delivery of multimodal AI (including image and video generation, with consistent performance worldwide), Agnes AI selected Google Cloud to build user confidence quickly across regions. At the same time, Gemini offerings across Google Cloud combine strong model capability, fast response, and cost efficiency, enabling Agnes AI to use the latest models to power innovative, mass-market features—especially in highly competitive markets such as Europe and the United States. Together, this partnership has opened a truly new path toward AI for everyone.

Breaking data silos to enable true AI collaboration

As Agnes AI pursued its vision of building an “AI Native Snap” platform, it became clear that the real challenge lay in the underlying architecture. Under its previous traditional cloud setup, data silos were the core limitation.

On traditional cloud platforms, workflows are fragmented across multiple tools for research, documents, slides, and collaboration, causing context to be lost. To address this, Agnes AI chose Google Cloud and built a unified data layer with Vertex AI, enabling AI agents to access both real-time data and historical context—making truly continuous collaboration possible.

Separated business, user, and analytical data prevented AI agents from accessing a unified, real-time view, leading to unstable decisions in complex scenarios. Without continuous memory, true AI collaboration was impossible. At the same time, traditional cloud platforms were not AI-native: model updates were constrained, customization costs were high, and scalability was limited—making them unsuitable for long-term AI product development.

As user scale and usage frequency grew rapidly, Agnes AI recognized the need to move to an AI-native platform with unified data and continuous memory. After migrating to Google Cloud, Agnes AI built a unified data and AI architecture, integrating Gemini models through Vertex AI to enable low-latency, high-quality inference.

By adopting a fully integrated stack spanning models, infrastructure, and application services, Agnes AI reduced operational complexity and accelerated innovation with unified support across the platform. With Gemini Flash, AI agents can now integrate naturally into mobile and social scenarios, becoming instantly available whenever users need them.

Today, Agnes AI’s core business data is centrally managed in Cloud SQL and connected in real time with AI inference workflows. Through this unified data layer, AI agents can access both real-time data and historical context, maintaining consistent reasoning across multi-step tasks and team collaboration—rather than starting from scratch each time.

This shift significantly improved the stability and accuracy of AI agent decision-making, allowing AI to participate continuously in collaboration based on full context, and truly breaking down data silos.

The future AI economy: Creating scenarios for people to access AI anytime, anywhere

A new AI transformation is underway. Models are evolving from text-based systems into multimodal capabilities spanning images and video, while AI use cases move beyond productivity into everyday moments of entertainment and social interaction. For Agnes AI, multimodal generation–including AI-created images and videos–has become a core driver of engagement and social creativity. Agnes AI believes AI should not be confined to PowerPoint or Excel, but be useful throughout the day, from the moment you wake up to the last scroll before sleep.

With this in mind, Agnes AI introduced features like group chat, AI-generated social content, and multiplayer AI games, embedding AI into real relationships and real-time interactions. AI moves beyond task completion to become a teammate that creates, plays, and stays present.

This shift is reflected in clear business results: more than six million users within months of launch and more than 200,000 Daily Active Users, demonstrating how high-frequency AI experiences drive sustained engagement.

To support this scale, Agnes AI runs its core applications on Google Kubernetes Engine and Compute Engine for elastic scalability, while using Cloud CDN, Google Cloud Armor, and Cloud Identity and Access Management to deliver enterprise-grade performance and security.

Imagine a day in your future: In the morning, AI proactively shares the news that matters to you. At midday, AI invites you and your friends into a playful game. In the evening, AI summarizes your wonderful day. You no longer need to open AI. It is always here, and you can join whenever you want.

Looking ahead, Agnes AI does not see subscriptions as the endgame. Instead, it believes the future will be shaped by a small number of super apps—where products that are not all-in-one risk being left behind. Agnes AI is evolving across three phases: from productivity tools, to multimodal content creation, and now toward multiplayer AI experiences that enable shared, real-time interaction.

By this belief, Agnes AI aims to evolve into an AI-centric hub spanning productivity, multimodal content creation, and multiplayer AI experiences. By proactively creating usage scenarios and connecting users with different engagement patterns, Agnes AI is exploring a sustainable path within the AI economy. Whatever the next wave of AI may be, it will be continuously integrated into Agnes, forming an AI-native traffic hub with Google Cloud as its foundation for long-term growth. Cost-efficient AI delivery remains central to this vision, enabling broader global access to advanced AI capabilities.

Agnes AI is an AI technology company headquartered in Singapore, offering an AI-native collaborative workspace platform across mobile and web. As of February 2026, the platform has surpassed 6 million users worldwide.
