Determina las zonas de una instancia principal
En aras de la alta disponibilidad, una instancia principal de AlloyDB comprende dos instancias de máquina virtual (VM): una VM activa que responde a las solicitudes y una VM en espera. Estas VMs se ejecutan en dos zonas diferentes de la región de la instancia.
Para determinar en qué zonas se ejecutan las VMs de tu instancia principal, sigue los pasos de la sección anterior y, luego, examina una parte específica de la salida del comando o la pantalla de la consola de Google Cloud :

En la consola de Google Cloud , ve a la página Clústeres:
En la columna Ubicación, se muestra la zona de la VM activa de cada instancia principal.
Ten en cuenta que la misma columna solo muestra el ID de la región para los clústeres y las instancias de grupos de lectura. Por ejemplo, un clúster con una Ubicación de us-central1 podría tener una instancia principal que muestre el ID de zona completo de la VM activa de us-central1-f.
En la sección Instancias en tu clúster de la página de detalles de un clúster, se muestra la misma información en el campo Ubicación de la instancia principal. En este campo, también se indica la ubicación de la VM en espera, etiquetada como "zona secundaria".
Por ejemplo, el siguiente resultado parcial indica que la VM activa de la instancia principal se ejecuta en la zona us-central1-f, mientras que su instancia en espera se encuentra en us-central1-c:
