Supplemental Terms and Conditions for the Google Cloud Credits Program

These Supplemental Terms and Conditions for the Google Cloud Credit Program (“Credit Program Terms and Conditions”) are an addendum to the Google Cloud Platform Agreement and Cloud Coupon Terms and Conditions, and apply to Customer’s participation in the Google Cloud Credit Program (“Credit Program”). Capitalized terms not defined in these Credit Program Terms and Conditions will have the meanings given to them in the Google Cloud Platform Agreement.

1. Conditions.

1.1 The Credit Program applies only to the use of the Services provided on Google Cloud Platform.

1.2 The Credit Program starts when applicable credits are applied to Customer’s billing account in the Admin Console (“Credit Program Start Date”) and ends on the earlier of (i) the date that Customer’s Fees for usage exceeds all of the credit issued by Google or Google cancels all of the issued credit in accordance with the Cloud Coupon Terms and Conditions or (ii) 12 months from the Credit Program Start Date.

2. Limitations.

2.1 During the Credit Program, Customer may not use the Services to engage in mining cryptocurrency unless Customer has obtained Google’s written consent, which consent may be revoked by Google in its sole discretion at any time.

2.2 Credits cannot be applied retroactively.

2.3 Credits may be used solely to offset future purchases.

2.4 Credits are not redeemable for cash, have no cash value, and Customer may not sell credits. Credits may be applied only to Customer’s own Account and are not transferable. Credits granted are not refundable as cash under any circumstances including the termination of the Account.

3. Requirements.

3.1 Customer must have an active Account for the Services.

3.2 Customer must not have outstanding invoices for the Services.
