Cloud Identity - Services Summary
Unless otherwise stated, the below list of services are covered by the Cloud Identity Agreement or other agreement under which Google agrees to provide the Cloud Identity Services described below.
Cloud Identity Core Services
"Cloud Identity Management" is a set of administrative features made available to Customer within the Admin Console for the management of Google-hosted accounts, mobile devices, and applications within the Customer’s domain. Advanced security and control features may be subject to an additional charge.
“Google Contacts” is a web-based service that allows End Users to import, store, and view contact information, and create groups of contacts.
"Google Docs," "Google Sheets," "Google Slides," "Google Forms" are web-based services that enable End Users to create, edit, share, collaborate, draw, export, and embed content on documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and forms.
"Google Drive" provides web-based tools enabling End Users to store, transfer, and share files, and view videos.
“Google Groups for Business” is a web-based service that allows End Users to create and manage collaborative groups, including viewing and searching group discussion archives.
"Google Keep" is a web-based service that enables End Users to create, edit, share, and collaborate on notes, lists, and drawings.
Cloud Identity Editions
"Cloud Identity - Free" is an edition of Cloud Identity comprised of the Cloud Identity Core Services available to Customer at no cost. Customers will receive 15GB of Google Drive storage for each End User.
"Cloud Identity - Premium" is a paid edition of Cloud Identity comprised of the Cloud Identity Core Services (as described above) and including additional advanced security and control features for Administrators. Customers will receive 15GB of Google Drive storage for each End User.
Additional Products (Additional Products are not covered under the Cloud Identity Agreement and are not Cloud Identity Services)
"Managed Google Play" is a platform provided by Google for Customer to use to manage Android devices provided or identified by the Customer that are used by its End Users. Customer can use Google Managed Play to provision applications on such devices from the managed Play Store. Use of Google Managed Play is subject to the terms at www.android.com/enterprise/terms.
