GDC air-gapped Appliance Restricted Destination List

Unless approved in writing by Google, Google restricts exports of the hardware to countries that are subject to a licensing requirement for exports of items that are classified under US export control classification numbers (“ECCNs”) 3A090, 4A090, or ECCNs ending in “.z.” Without limiting the foregoing (and noting that this list is subject to periodic changes), as of May 2025 those countries are as follows:
