Google-owned services whose service name ends with .googleapis.com, .google.com, or .googleprod.com will be charged with an internal pricing.

Starting 2021-10-01, the internal pricing for the Service Control API is $0.008 per million tracked operations. Each Operation in Report API calls is considered as one tracked operation. All other API calls are considered as one tracked operation per call.

For each call to services.report received by the Service Control API (from the Cloud Endpoints proxy or otherwise), the number of Tracked Operations charged will be equal to the maximum of one and the sum of Tracked Operations across all of the Operations included in the call. For each Operation, the number of Tracked Operations will be equal to the maximum of one or the number of log entries in the Operation.

For each call to v2.services.check received by the Service Control API the number of Tracked Operations charged will be equal to one.

For each call to v2.services.report received by the Service Control API the number of Tracked Operations charged will be equal to the maximum of one or the number of Operations in the request.
