PDPA (Taiwan)

The Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and related Enforcement Rules of the Personal Data Protection Act (the “Enforcement Rules”) govern data protection in Taiwan. They place obligations on entities that collect, use, process, and disclose personal data and grant certain rights to data subjects.
