As part of the Google Cloud Security Operations Data Benefit Program, Google offers additional data ingestion benefits for joint Wiz Defend and Google Security Operations customers. Ingestion of the eligible Wiz data sources listed below will not count toward eligible customer’s existing Google Security Operations data cap.

These Wiz data benefits are subject to the Google Cloud Security Operations Data Benefit Program. To qualify for the Wiz data benefits, a customer must meet the standard eligibility criteria outlined on that page regarding eligible SKUs and spend thresholds. The general program terms detailed there also apply. Note the following requirements specific to these benefits:

• New or Renewing Contract: The customer must sign a new or renewal Google Security Operations Order Form on or after October 8th, 2026. 
• Active Wiz Subscription: The customer must maintain an active Wiz Defend subscription. Google verifies active status periodically. If the Wiz Defend subscription expires or terminates, these Wiz-specific data ingestion benefits will cease.
• No Cumulative Benefits: Ingestion benefits do not stack. If an eligible data source qualifies for an allowance under both the Google Cloud Security Operations Data Benefit Program and the Wiz data benefits, the data is credited under the Wiz data benefits only and will not be double-credited.

• Provisioning: Eligible customers will begin receiving the benefit once the customer’s applicable tenant(s) are provisioned and Google has activated the configuration. Benefits operate as daily or monthly allowances as specified for each eligible data source. Unused daily or monthly capacity does not roll over to subsequent periods and does not apply retroactively to data ingested before activation.
• Duration: The benefits noted in this program are valid for the duration of a customer’s Eligible Subscription Order Term only. Google reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer for future purchases or renewals. 
• No Cash Value & Non-Cumulative: These benefits are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other value, and may not be applied to other Google Cloud services. Ingestion benefits do not stack; eligible data sources cannot receive multiple or overlapping allowances across partner or promotional programs.
• Right to Modify: Google reserves the right to modify the list of eligible data sources or program terms at its discretion.
