After you've created a collection and added products to it, you make it available to members of your organization by sharing it with specific resources. You can share a collection with your entire organization, or with specific folders or projects. When users access your private marketplace from projects that you've shared a collection with, or projects that belong to folders or organizations that you've shared a collection with, they can view the products that you added to that collection.

Share a collection with a resource

To share a collection with a resource, complete the following steps:

1. On the Private Marketplace page, open the collection that you want to share with others.

2. Under Share collection, click Share.

3. Select the organization, folder, or project that you want to share the collection with.

4. Optionally, to share the same collection with additional resources, such as multiple projects within an organization, repeat the previous steps for each additional resource.

5. Click Save.

After you've turned on Google Private Marketplace, the products that you added to your collections are now shared with members of the organization, folder, or projects that you shared them with.

Caution: You can't share a collection outside of the organization where you created it. If you have multiple organizations, you set up Private Marketplace and create collections separately for each organization.
