Infrastructure Manager charges for Cloud Build execution and Cloud Storage storage.

Cloud Build
Infrastructure Manager uses Cloud Build to execute the provisioning of your Terraform manifests. Cloud Build charges for build-minutes consumed above a certain threshold and usually includes builds-minutes at no charge. To learn more about Cloud Build pricing, see the Cloud Build pricing sheet.
Cloud Storage
Infrastructure Manager creates a Cloud Storage bucket to store the artifacts of your infrastructure provisioning. Standard Cloud Storage is used as the storage backend.
