By analyzing this data to understand vehicle trends and debug issues, Simple Energy has reduced the resolution time for critical service issues from 15 days to just 4 days.

Looking ahead, Simple Energy is preparing to integrate BigQuery to unlock the next level of predictive maintenance. The vision for BigQuery includes extracting deep insights on battery State of Health (SOH), analyzing how environmental factors like humidity and terrain affect battery longevity across India.
