For the customer, the Gemini-powered D2C chatbot offers real-time policy assessments and coverage gap analysis, identifying hidden exclusions and generating up to 200 high-quality monthly leads. This improved engagement has led to a 20% increase in active users directly attributed to the AI-driven advisory tools.
