As Co-founder Yerko Reckmann explains the shift: "Data analysis used to take one week with two people dedicated to it. Today, if you generate a good prompt, that takes 3 hours for an update."

The team wanted to increase their time to deliver more precise insights. To fulfill their promise of delivering "data, not smoke and mirrors," Incrementa knew they needed to transition from a service provider that merely used data to a strategic partner that thought with it. "It made us move from a consulting agency that used data to one that thinks with data," confirms Reckmann.

The company conducted a rigorous vendor evaluation, and during this phase, they identified solutions that presented constant technical failures, limited file size support, and required continuous corrections. In addition to the processing speed of BigQuery and the flexibility of Cloud Run, the team valued the high quality of Gemini 2.5 Pro’s "reasoning," which transformed data analysis into strategic consulting.

The partner Nider, played an essential role, acting as the technical bridge between Incrementa's concept and translating it into a digital architecture. From there, Nider helped implement Gemini Enterprise Standard and designed a technological framework to solve for gaps from previous solutions, resulting in a scalable technical architecture implemented in 2 to 3 months. This success allowed the agency to fundamentally change its position in the market: "It allowed us... to put Incrementa on the map of large agencies... Data strategy and scalable growth

Incrementa developed a sophisticated, Google Cloud-powered solution focused on centralizing data. The technical architecture relies on Cloud Run to extract campaign performance data from external APIs (such as Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok) and centralizes it in a BigQuery data warehouse. This system creates a robust and secure "single source of truth." The team uses Gemini Enterprise Standard as the intelligent front end, enabling employees to query and interpret these vast datasets using natural language. This data-hybrid approach combines structured information from BigQuery with unstructured context — like brand manuals and client contracts — stored in Microsoft OneDrive, providing the Gemini Enterprise Standard with holistic context for analysis.

With these changes, the team increased productivity by more than 40%, freeing them to focus on growth. "Data analysis used to take one week with two people dedicated to it. Today, if you generate a good prompt, that takes 3 hours for an update," says Yerko. Now, every client marketing campaign Incrementa launches is analyzed using Gemini Enterprise Standard to deliver consistent, precise, and highly detailed insights.

Where Incrementa used to manually analyze up to nine brands, three social networks per brand, and a full year of publications (between 1 and 2 million data points), it can now simply ask Gemini 2.5 Pro.
