Home Credit Bank consolidates AI with Gemini Enterprise, deploying secure agents, preventing data leaks, and boosting conversions 40%.
Over the last 20 years, Home Credit Bank has established itself as a foundational pillar of Kazakhstan’s retail credit market. As the industry has digitized and become highly competitive, the bank has transformed into a full-scope retail bank, launching a new range of digital services to diversify its revenue streams. Getting these new services to market quickly, however, was a challenge, with incoming data growing faster than teams could process it, and increasingly stringent central bank regulations around customer data privacy. To navigate these pressures and keep operations lean, the bank turned to artificial intelligence.
Home Credit Bank’s initial push into AI was highly fragmented, with employees independently using various unmanaged and unsecured public tools.
We knew the appetite for AI was growing across our teams. With Gemini Enterprise, we gained a secure system that satisfies local regulatory requirements while giving business units including legal, compliance, loans, and marketing the exact tools they need to optimize their daily routines.

This would often trigger the bank’s automated security systems, which would block web access to prevent data leakage, meaning employees couldn’t use the tools for substantive banking tasks.
To resolve these challenges, Home Credit Bank turned to Gemini Enterprise to enable staff to use AI in a controlled, secure environment. Building a strong internal AI culture is a strategic priority for the bank, and Gemini Enterprise has become a central pillar of that effort. The team chose the platform for its rigorous corporate security standards and its ability to safely ground AI into existing data, protecting user privacy under Kazakhstan banking secrecy laws. Home Credit Bank was supported locally by Google Cloud partner Elcore, which worked with Home Credit Bank in the team’s own language and time zone to streamline the procurement process under local regulations and accelerate system configuration.
“We knew the appetite for AI was growing across our teams,” explains Martin Macicek, AI director at Home Credit Bank. “With Gemini Enterprise, we gained a secure system that satisfies local regulatory requirements while giving business units including legal, compliance, loans, and marketing the exact tools they need to optimize their daily routines.”
With Gemini Enterprise our customer relationship management team was able to design and deploy a churn prediction agent themselves in just two weeks—80% faster than before—increasing customer conversions by 40%

Home Credit Bank rolled out Gemini Enterprise through a controlled pilot program for 130 power users across departments like risks, legal, and digital products. The bank integrated the platform directly with its existing productivity infrastructure, grounding the AI and agents in its internal corporate data to ensure employees receive contextually relevant answers that adhere to the bank’s policies and regulations, without risk of data leakage.
This secure framework has allowed teams across the bank to safely build autonomous AI assistants to handle highly specific workflows. Business units like marketing and customer relationship management are using the no-code Agent Designer in Gemini Enterprise to autonomously build and deploy custom AI agents.
For instance, a team of non-technical UX designers used the no-code Agent Designer to create more than 20 custom assistants that automatically validate project proposals and streamline design processes. The product and strategy teams, meanwhile, built agents to manage complex competitive benchmarking against market peers, while regulatory and legal teams have built agents to analyze lengthy documents and complex PDF files, significantly accelerating compliance audits and contract reviews.
Using the no-code Agent Designer within Gemini Enterprise, non-technical business teams built a digital subject matter expert that uses historical data to give field officers immediate guidance on customer financing eligibility.

As a result, the bank can now recruit field personnel based on experience rather than deep technical training. The customer relationship management team, meanwhile, has used Agent Designer to build agents to independently run data analysis and predict customer churn, allowing them to take proactive action by reaching out to customers early.
“With Gemini Enterprise, our customer relationship management team was able to design and deploy a churn prediction agent themselves in just two weeks—80% faster than before—increasing customer conversions by 40%,” notes Evgenii Nikolaev, enterprise solution architect at Home Credit Bank.
In addition to building custom agents, Home Credit Bank also makes use of the pre-built agents available in Gemini Enterprise. For example, legal, compliance, and loan teams use Gemini Notebook as an interactive research assistant, uploading manuals, transcripts, and extensive legal documentation to synthesize, query, and verify complex texts against internal policies into cited summaries grounded in verified information, with no hallucinations. Developers, meanwhile, use standard prompts within the Gemini Enterprise app interface to optimize, write, refactor, and debug SQL scripts for the internal data warehouse. This creates a fast conversational loop for the developer that feels like having an expert coding partner reviewing their work as they go.
Using Gemini Enterprise has changed the operational culture of Home Credit Bank. Unverified software usage has been eliminated, and strict governance controls now prevent data leakage risks. Instead of spending time restricting tools, the security department now works alongside business units to deploy automation safely.
Looking ahead, the bank is expanding its architecture from isolated conversational tasks to a highly integrated multi-agent orchestration setup. Technical teams are currently designing connections to link Gemini Enterprise directly with core internal management platforms, including Confluence, Jira, and central code repositories.
The bank is also preparing to use Google Antigravity with Gemini Enterprise.
Our priority is to keep modernizing our services while ensuring complete compliance with local financial laws. Expanding our use of Gemini Enterprise gives us the long-term technical infrastructure to safely scale our retail banking model and serve our customers more effectively.

This will allow autonomous agents to execute long-running, multi-file processes across several days directly inside project folders. Employees will no longer have to manually copy and paste text or guide the AI at every step. Instead, they will be able to instruct an agent to handle full reports or compliance audits in the background, helping Home Credit Bank to continue to scale its retail operations for the future.
“Our main priority is to keep modernizing our services while ensuring complete compliance with local financial laws,” says Macicek. “Expanding our use of Gemini Enterprise gives us the long-term technical infrastructure to safely scale our retail banking model and serve our customers more effectively.”
