Hallam worked alongside Google Cloud partner WALT Labs to manage licenses, coordinate the technical setup, and lead user training on the platform's custom capabilities. Team members use Agent Gallery to access pre-built, ready-to-use agents, such as Deep Research, which has transformed how Hallam studies target audiences. Instead of skimming forums manually, marketers use Deep Research to download and review large blocks of consumer conversations from online forums and focus groups. What used to require 1-2 days of research can now be run and analyzed in 15 minutes. The tool quickly identifies micro-behaviors and cultural trends, giving the creative team accurate insights to build highly targeted campaigns.

For specialized agency tasks, employees use Agent Designer to create custom, no-code agents in 3-4 hours using natural language. Previously developing such agents would have taken months. For example, an organic marketing specialist built an organic performance forecasting agent that processes uploaded data spreadsheets.
