Deletes a data transfer configuration, including any associated transfer runs and logs.

name	string Required. The field will contain name of the resource requested, for example: projects/{projectId}/transferConfigs/{configId} or projects/{projectId}/locations/{locationId}/transferConfigs/{configId} Authorization requires the following IAM permission on the specified resource name: bigquery.transfers.update
