pode usar para aprovisionar, configurar, gerir e monitorizar recursos no

Configure um projeto
Um projeto organiza todos os seus Google Cloud recursos. Para usar o Translation Hub, o projeto tem de estar associado a uma conta de faturação. A utilização do projeto é cobrada à conta de faturação associada.
In the Google Cloud console, on the project selector page,
select or create a Google Cloud project.
Quando ativa a API Translation Hub, também ativa a API Cloud Translation.
Ambas as APIs são necessárias para usar o Translation Hub.
