This page explains how to view your chat statistics for the current day. You can
also view your team-average chat statistics to compare your performance with
your team's performance. Your team, for the purposes of the team average, is
comprised of the members of your queue.
This page assumes that you are signed into the Contact Center AI Platform
(CCAI Platform) portal. For more information, see Access the CCAI
Platform portal.
To view your chat statistics, follow these steps:
In the CCAI Platform portal, click the click chat_bubbleChat icon to open the agent
chat adapter.
In the chat adapter, click double_arrowShow chat overview.
Click more_vertOptions, and then
click Stats. The Stats page appears, displaying your individual chat
statistics and the average statistics for your team.
