Link a Look to a dashboard

You can create a Look and then link the Look to one or more existing dashboards. After you link a Look to one or more dashboards, any edits that you make to the Look are reflected in the dashboards. You might need to refresh your browser to see the update.

Important: To link a Look to a dashboard, the Look and the dashboard must be in the same folder.

To save a Look to a dashboard without linking it, see Save a Look to a dashboard.

To link a Look to a dashboard, follow these steps:

1. In the CCAI Platform portal, click Dashboard > Advanced Reporting. If you don't see the Dashboard menu, expand the window horizontally until the Dashboard menu appears.

   The Advanced Reporting Landing Page appears.

2. Click Open Folders. The Folders pane appears.

3. Navigate to and then click the Look that you want to link to a dashboard. The Look appears.

4. Hold the pointer over the Look. The  Explore actions icon appears.

5. Click  Explore actions, and then click Save > To an existing dashboard. The Add to a Dashboard in this folder dialog appears.

6. Click the folder that contains the dashboard that you want to link the Look to.

7. Click the dashboard that you want to link the Look to.

8. Click Add Look to Dashboard.

9. Optional: Click your dashboard to view it.
