Check spelling and grammar

If your administrator enables this Agent Assist capability, you can check spelling and grammar as you type messages to end-users.

To check spelling and grammar, follow these steps:

  1. Answer a chat request. If your administrator has enabled spelling and grammar checking, errors in the message field are underlined in red and grammar errors are underlined in green.

  2. Click an underlined word. A list of suggested corrections appears.

  3. Do one of the following:

    • Click one of the suggested corrections. The correction replaces the underlined word.

    • Click Dismiss. The suggested corrections disappear and no change is made.
