Getting started with CCAI Platform WFM
To use CCAI Platform WFM , you must have it enabled for your organization. To do this, contact your Google Cloud account team or open a Google Cloud support ticket. CCAI Platform WFM requires that you have a CCAI Platform instance.
After CCAI Platform WFM is enabled for your organization, you can access the WFM portal by signing in to the CCAI Platform portal and then navigate to Operation Management > Workforce Management.
