SSO provides the ability to use an Identity Provider (IdP) to authenticate
users. Using an IdP, you don't need to manage passwords on
Contact Center AI Platform (CCAI Platform). Note that a user must still be created in
CCAI Platform by following the steps in the Agent, user and team
configuration
documentation.
CCAI Platform does not provide differentiation of IdP user groups
against roles; it provides only user authentication.
You can configure single sign-on (SSO) using the following identity and access
management providers:
