Private Service Connect

With Private Service Connect, you can set up private ingress into your Contact Center AI Platform (CCAI Platform) instance, private egress out of your instance, or both. You can do this by setting up a Private Service Connect connection using your own internal IP address, keeping your traffic private and within Google Cloud.
