Use an agent

Once an agent is created, you can start using and interacting with it. You can also use the Made by Google agents available in your Agent Gallery.

Console

To use and interact with an agent, do the following:

  1. In the Google Cloud console, go to the Gemini Enterprise > Apps page.

  2. Select your app and copy the Gemini Enterprise web app URL from the Dashboard.

  3. Open the web app URL in a new browser tab.

  4. In the web app navigation menu, click Agents

    The Agent Gallery page appears displaying all the prebuilt agents and custom-built agents.

  5. Go to the Your Agents section and click the agent you want to use.

    This opens the conversational interface for the agent.

  6. Start interacting with the agent using natural language prompts to perform your tasks.

    Depending on your agent instructions, task configuration, and data source setup, you can use an agent to assist you in a variety of tasks, including:

    • Answering questions: agents can provide responses to a wide range of questions by accessing and synthesizing information from connected data sources.
    • Searching and discovery: agents can search across multiple connected data sources.
    • Generating content: agents can help generate content, summarize documents, and create reports.
    • Generating images and video: agents can generate images and videos based on given prompts.
    • Automating tasks: agents can automate multi-step processes.
    • Analyzing data: agents can analyze data to provide insights.
