Las solicitudes de servicio son un tipo de soporte que solicitan los usuarios de Apigee a fin de recibir la asistencia requerida por parte del equipo de Asistencia de Apigee en tareas no relacionadas con incidentes. En Apigee, las tareas no relacionadas con incidentes incluyen crear o borrar organizaciones y entornos, administrar la capacidad de la infraestructura, administrar usuarios del portal, configurar recursos, etcétera.
En Apigee, muchas de estas tareas no relacionadas con incidentes son de autoservicio. Los usuarios de Apigee deberían poder realizar muchas de las tareas si tienen los permisos adecuados.
