You could use this information, for example, to view all\nfailed jobs and determine if there's a common issue across multiple portals.\n\nTranslation Hub retains translation job data for the lifetime of your\nproject, **except for deleted jobs**. A job is marked as deleted when a portal\nuser deletes a translation or if you delete a portal. 30 days after deletion\nTranslation Hub deletes any record of that translation job.\n\nView translation jobs\n---------------------\n\nTranslation Hub provides a list of translation jobs in the\nGoogle Cloud console, excluding deleted jobs. You can view all jobs (including\njobs that have been deleted in the last 30 days) by [exporting data as a CSV\nfile](#export). The CSV file also includes additional details about each job,\nlike the number of translated pages, source language, target languages, and file\ntype.\n\n- To view translation jobs, in the **Translation Hub** section of the\n Google Cloud console, go to the **Translation jobs** page.\n\n [Go to the Translation jobs page](https://console.cloud.google.com/translation-hub/translation-jobs)\n\nTranslation Hub shows a table of translation jobs, where each row is a\nunique job and each column includes the following details:\n\n- **Name**: The name of the output file from a translation request. The name is the source filename appended with the target language.\n- **Portal**: The name of the portal where a translation job was created.\n- **Resources**: A list of translation resources that were used for a translation job, such as the fully qualified name of a translation model and glossary.\n- **Owner email**: The email address of the portal user who created a job.\n- **State** : Either `SUCCEEDED` or `FAILED`, indicating whether a job completed successfully.\n- **Create time**: The date and time of when a job was created.\n- **Last updated**: The date and time of when a job was last modified such as when a job was sent to or returned from post-editing.\n\nView aggregated translation jobs stats\n--------------------------------------\n\nIn the Google Cloud console, Translation Hub provides aggregate\ninformation such as the total number of translated pages and the number of\ntranslated pages per portal tier.\n\n- In the **Translation Hub** section of the Google Cloud console, go to the\n **Portals** page.\n\n [Go to the\n Portals page](https://console.cloud.google.com/translation-hub/portals)\n\n Before the list of portals, Translation Hub shows aggregate\n translation information.\n\nExport data to a CSV file\n-------------------------\n\nTo view details about translation jobs, export your data as a CSV file. The CSV\nfile includes additional details that aren't on the **Translation\njobs** page. For example, the CSV file includes the number of translated pages,\nsource language, target languages, and file type for each job.\n\nThe exported file also includes jobs that were deleted in the last 30 days.\nTranslation Hub removes any records of deleted jobs after 30 days.
