Configurar un proyecto
Un proyecto organiza todos tus Google Cloud recursos. Para usar Translation Hub, el proyecto debe estar vinculado a una cuenta de facturación. El uso del proyecto se factura a la cuenta de facturación vinculada.

select or create a Google Cloud project.
Cuando habilitas la API Translation Hub, también habilitas la API Cloud Translation.
