When you create this collection, Cloud Marketplace\nautomatically populates it with relevant products. You can check the list of\nproducts and modify it before you share it with your organization.\n\nBefore you begin\n----------------\n\n- Ensure that you have the [required IAM roles](/marketplace/docs/governance/private-marketplace#permissions).\n\nProducts included in `organization-collection`\n----------------------------------------------\n\nWhen Cloud Marketplace automatically populates your organization's default\ncollection, `organization-collection`, with products, it includes the following\nproducts:\n\n- Cloud Marketplace products for which your organization has incurred\n charges and been billed within the past 24 months.\n\n- Cloud Marketplace products included in any existing collections that\n were already shared with your organization at the organization level before\n you created your organization's default collection.\n\nThe following products aren't automatically included:\n\n- Custom Cloud Marketplace products that aren't listed publicly.\n\n- Cloud Marketplace products for which all of your organization's current\n active usage is from purchases made through resellers, rather than directly\n from the independent software vendors (ISVs) who are offering those products\n through Cloud Marketplace.\n\n- Free Cloud Marketplace products that, when you run them, you don't\n incur any infrastructure costs on your Google Cloud bill.\n\n| **Note:** If your organization has more than 20 Cloud Billing accounts associated with it, Cloud Marketplace doesn't automatically populate `organization-collection`, and you must individually add products to it.\n\nCreate your organization's `organization-collection`\n----------------------------------------------------\n\nIf you haven't already created the default collection for your organization,\ncalled `organization-collection`, complete the following steps to create it:\n\n1. In Cloud Marketplace, click **Marketplace Governance**.\n\n [Go to Marketplace](https://console.cloud.google.com/marketplace)\n2. Click the **Private Marketplace** tab.\n\n3. Click **Get started**.\n\n4. In the dialog that appears, in the text field, enter your email address.\n\n5. Click **Confirm** . When you click **Confirm** , Cloud Marketplace creates\n a collection named `organization-collection` and automatically populates it\n with products, as [detailed previously](#products) on this page.\n\nReview your organization's `organization-collection`\n----------------------------------------------------\n\nAfter Cloud Marketplace has created your organization's default\ncollection, called `organization-collection`, and automatically populated it\nwith products, Google sends you an email to notify you that it's ready for\nreview. To review the collection before you share it with your organization,\ncomplete the following steps:\n\n1. In Cloud Marketplace, click **Marketplace Governance**.\n\n [Go to Marketplace](https://console.cloud.google.com/marketplace)\n2. Click the **Private Marketplace** tab.\n\n3. In the list of collections, find `organization-collection`. Click the title.\n\n4. Review the list of products that were added to the collection named\n `organization-collection`. If there are any products that you don't want to\n share with your organization, remove them from the collection.\n\n5. If there are products that you want to share with your organization which\n aren't already on the list, add them individually.\n\n | **Note:** When Cloud Marketplace automatically populates your default collection, it doesn't include products that you've only procured by using reseller Cloud Billing accounts when it automatically populates your default collection. If you want your organization's users to see products that you've purchased by using reseller Cloud Billing accounts in your private marketplace, you must add them individually to your organization's default collection.\n\nPublish your organization's `organization-collection`\n-----------------------------------------------------\n\nAfter you've completed your review of the products in `organization-collection`,\nyou can publish it to share its products with your organization. Under\n**Publish your collection** , click the toggle, and then click the **Save**\nbutton to publish the products in the collection to your organization's private\nmarketplace for all of the members of your organization.\n\nNext steps\n----------\n\nTo update your organization's `organization-collection`, see\n[Maintain your organization's default collection](/marketplace/docs/governance/maintain-default-collection)."]]
