Constants
STATE_UNSPECIFIED
value: 0
The default value. This value should never be used.
ACTIVE
value: 1
The Cluster is operational and can be used by the user.
CREATING
value: 2
The Cluster is being deployed.
UPDATING
value: 3
Adding or removing of a node to the cluster, any other cluster specific
updates.
DELETING
value: 4
The Cluster is being deleted.
REPAIRING
value: 5
The Cluster is undergoing maintenance, for example: a failed node is
getting replaced.
