STATE_UNSPECIFIED
value: 0
The default value. This value is used if the state is omitted.
CONDITION_PENDING
value: 1
Transient state: Reconciliation has not started yet.
CONDITION_RECONCILING
value: 2
Transient state: reconciliation is still in progress.
CONDITION_FAILED
value: 3
Terminal state: Reconciliation did not succeed.
CONDITION_SUCCEEDED
value: 4
Terminal state: Reconciliation completed successfully.
