DOMAIN_NOTICE_UNSPECIFIED
value: 0 The notice is undefined.
HSTS_PRELOADED
value: 1 Indicates that the domain is preloaded on the HTTP Strict Transport
Security list in browsers. Serving a website on such domain requires
