Method: projects.locations.workspaces.vehicles.create

Creates a vehicle.

`vehicleId`	`string` The ID to use for the vehicle, which will become the final component of the vehicle's resource name. If not provided, an auto generated ID is used. This value should be 4-63 characters, and valid characters are /[a-z][0-9]-/. If this field is empty, a unique ID is generated by the server.
