As solicitações de serviço são um tipo de suporte solicitado pelos usuários da Apigee para assistência necessária
no suporte da Apigee em tarefas não relacionadas a incidentes. Na Apigee, as tarefas não relacionadas a incidentes incluem
a criação ou exclusão de organizações e ambientes, o gerenciamento da capacidade da
infraestrutura, o gerenciamento de usuários do portal, a configuração de recursos etc.
Na Apigee, muitas dessas tarefas não relacionadas a incidentes são de autoatendimento. Os usuários da Apigee
poderão executar muitas das tarefas se tiverem as permissões apropriadas. No entanto,
é possível solicitar assistência do suporte do Google Cloud para realizar determinadas tarefas que ainda não são
autoatendimento.
Na Apigee híbrida, todas as tarefas podem ser de autoatendimento, exceto a solicitação de direito inicial.
