select or create a Google Cloud project.
Assicurati di disporre del ruolo IAM Amministratore Cloud Workstations sul progetto per poter creare configurazioni della workstation.

Cloud Workstations sono ospitate su VM avviate da immagini
Container-Optimized OS (COS)
pubbliche preconfigurate di Compute Engine. Se viene applicato il vincolo di policy dell'organizzazione constraints/compute.trustedimageProjects, devi impostare i vincoli di accesso alle immagini per consentire agli utenti di creare dischi di avvio da projects/cos-cloud o da tutte le immagini pubbliche.
(Facoltativo) Abilita l'API Container File System per consentire un avvio più rapido della workstation.
I cluster di workstation definiscono un gruppo di workstation in una determinata regione, gestiscono le workstation durante il loro ciclo di vita e forniscono una connettività di rete configurabile.
I cluster di workstation non sono correlati ai cluster di Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
Per creare un cluster di workstation:
Nella console, vai alla pagina Cloud Workstations>Gestione dei cluster.
Nella pagina Gestione dei cluster delle workstation, fai clic su add_boxCrea.
Nel campo Nome, inserisci un nome per il cluster di workstation.
Seleziona la regione più vicina a te.
(Facoltativo) Per creare le workstation all'interno di un VPC, espandi la sezione Impostazioni di rete e seleziona la tua rete personalizzata.
Nel campo Rete, inserisci il nome della rete, ad esempio
test-network.
Nel campo Subnet, inserisci il nome della subnet, ad esempio test-subnetwork.
Nella sezione Tipo di gateway, seleziona Gateway pubblico o
Gateway privato.
Per rendere le tue workstation accessibili da reti pubbliche, seleziona
Gateway pubblico.
Se richiedi la residenza dei dati
per i dati in transito, seleziona Gateway privato.
Per consentire il traffico in entrata e in uscita verso il servizio delle workstation dall'interno
della rete selezionata, seleziona Gateway privato.

Fai clic su Crea per avviare il processo di creazione del cluster.
La creazione del cluster di workstation può richiedere fino a 20 minuti, ma nella maggior parte dei casi è necessaria una sola volta.
Esegui la pulizia
Per eliminare un cluster di workstation dalla Google Cloud console:
Nella console Google Cloud , vai a
Cloud Workstations > Cluster.
Seleziona la casella di controllo accanto al cluster da eliminare.
Fai clic sul menu more_vertAltre opzioni
e seleziona Elimina per eliminare il cluster di workstation selezionato.

In the console,\n navigate to the **Cloud Workstations** \\\u003e\n **Cluster management** page.\n\n\n [Go to Cluster management](https://console.cloud.google.com/workstations/clusters)\n\n \u003cbr /\u003e\n\n2. From the workstations **Cluster management** page, click\n add_box**Create**.\n\n3. In the **Name** field, enter a name for your workstation cluster.\n\n4. Select the **Region** that is closest to you.\n\n5. Optional: To create your workstations inside a\n [VPC](/vpc/docs/vpc),\n expand the **Network settings** section and select your custom network.\n\n 1. In the **Network** field, enter the name for your network---for example,\n `test-network`.\n\n 2. In the **Subnetwork** field, enter the name for your subnetwork---for\n example, `test-subnetwork`.\n\n 3.
