create an account to evaluate how our products perform in
real-world scenarios. New customers also get $300 in free credits to
run, test, and deploy workloads.
In the Google Cloud console, on the project selector page,
select or create a Google Cloud project.
Assurez-vous de disposer du rôle IAM Administrateur Cloud Workstations sur le projet afin de pouvoir créer des configurations de stations de travail.
Pour vérifier vos rôles IAM dans la console Google Cloud , accédez à la page IAM :
Cloud Workstations sont hébergés sur des VM démarrées à partir des images publiques Container-Optimized OS (COS) préconfigurées de Compute Engine. Si la contrainte de règle d'administration constraints/compute.trustedimageProjects est appliquée, vous devez définir des contraintes d'accès aux images pour autoriser les utilisateurs à créer des disques de démarrage à partir de projects/cos-cloud ou de toutes les images publiques.
Facultatif : Activez l'API Container File System pour accélérer le démarrage de la station de travail.
Les clusters de stations de travail définissent un groupe de stations de travail dans une région spécifique, gèrent les stations de travail pendant leur cycle de vie et fournissent une connectivité réseau configurable.
Les clusters de stations de travail ne sont pas liés aux clusters Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
Pour créer un cluster de stations de travail, procédez comme suit :
Dans la console, accédez à la page Cloud Workstations>Gestion des clusters.
Sur la page Gestion du cluster des stations de travail, cliquez sur add_boxCréer.
Dans le champ Nom, saisissez le nom de votre cluster de stations de travail.
Choisissez la région la plus proche de vous.
Facultatif : Pour créer vos postes de travail dans un VPC, développez la section Paramètres réseau et sélectionnez votre réseau personnalisé.
Dans le champ Réseau, saisissez le nom de votre réseau (par exemple, test-network).
Dans le champ Sous-réseau, saisissez le nom de votre sous-réseau (par exemple, test-subnetwork).
Dans la section Type de passerelle, sélectionnez Passerelle publique ou Passerelle privée.
Pour rendre vos stations de travail accessibles depuis des réseaux publics, sélectionnez Passerelle publique.
Si vous avez besoin de la résidence des données pour les données en transit, sélectionnez Passerelle privée.
Pour autoriser le trafic d'entrée et de sortie vers le service des stations de travail à partir du réseau sélectionné, sélectionnez Passerelle privée.

Cliquez sur Créer pour lancer le processus de création du cluster.
La création d'un cluster de station de travail peut prendre jusqu'à 20 minutes, mais dans la plupart des cas, cette opération n'est nécessaire qu'une seule fois.
Effectuer un nettoyage
Pour supprimer un cluster de stations de travail depuis la console Google Cloud :
Dans la console Google Cloud , accédez à Cloud Workstations > Clusters.
Cochez la case à côté du cluster que vous souhaitez supprimer.
Cliquez sur le menu d'options more_vertPlus, puis sélectionnez Supprimer pour supprimer le cluster de stations de travail sélectionné.

In the console,\n navigate to the **Cloud Workstations** \\\u003e\n **Cluster management** page.\n\n\n [Go to Cluster management](https://console.cloud.google.com/workstations/clusters)\n\n \u003cbr /\u003e\n\n2. From the workstations **Cluster management** page, click\n add_box**Create**.\n\n3. In the **Name** field, enter a name for your workstation cluster.\n\n4. Select the **Region** that is closest to you.\n\n5. Optional: To create your workstations inside a\n [VPC](/vpc/docs/vpc),\n expand the **Network settings** section and select your custom network.\n\n 1. In the **Network** field, enter the name for your network---for example,\n `test-network`.\n\n 2. In the **Subnetwork** field, enter the name for your subnetwork---for\n example, `test-subnetwork`.\n\n 3. In the Google Cloud console, go to **Cloud Workstations \\\u003e Clusters**.\n2. Select the checkbox beside the cluster that you want to delete.\n3.
