Paid support If you are a paid support customer, contact Google directly.
VMware Cloud Universal (VMCU) support If you are a VMware Cloud Universal customer, reach out to VMware for issues related to the VMCU Console, VMCU onboarding, VMCU billing, and SLA refunds. Use the self-service support option, or contact your customer success or Success 360 manager directly.

Documentation feedback

Production issues

If you have a paid support contract, contact Google directly.

You can also file a production issue report for your application. Google reads these reports but cannot reply individually. The issue tracker doesn't provide operational support for individual applications.
