Saat resource organisasi dibuat, semua pengguna di domain Anda akan diberi peran
Billing Account Creator dan Project Creator secara default. Peran
default ini memungkinkan pengguna Anda untuk segera mulai menggunakan Google Cloud , tetapi
tidak dimaksudkan untuk digunakan dalam operasi reguler resource organisasi Anda.
Halaman ini menjelaskan cara menetapkan Billing Account Creator dan
Project Creator untuk operasi reguler, serta cara menghapus peran yang
ditetapkan secara default ke resource organisasi.
Menambahkan Billing Account Creator dan Project Creator
Untuk memigrasikan akun penagihan yang ada ke resource organisasi, pengguna harus memiliki
peran IAM Billing Account Creator. Pengguna dengan peran Project Creator dapat membuat dan mengelola resource Project. Untuk menambahkan Kreator Akun Penagihan dan Kreator Project tambahan, ikuti langkah-langkah berikut:

Untuk memberikan peran Billing Account Creator atau Project Creator menggunakan
konsolGoogle Cloud :
Buka halaman Manage resources di Google Cloud konsol:
Di menu drop-down Organization, pilih resource organisasi Anda.
Pilih kotak centang untuk resource organisasi. Jika Anda tidak memiliki resource Folder, resource organisasi tidak akan terlihat. Untuk melanjutkan, lihat petunjuk pemberian peran melalui halaman IAM.
Di sisi kanan Panel Info, pada bagian Izin, masukkan alamat email akun utama yang ingin Anda tambahkan.
Di menu drop-down Select a role, pilih
Billing > Billing Account Creator atau Resource Manager > Project Creator.
Klik Tambahkan. Dialog akan muncul untuk mengonfirmasi penambahan atau pembaruan
peran baru kepala sekolah.
Menghapus peran default dari resource organisasi
Setelah menetapkan peran Billing Account Creator dan Project Creator Anda sendiri,
Anda dapat menghapus peran ini dari resource organisasi untuk membatasi izin tersebut
kepada pengguna yang ditetapkan secara khusus. Untuk menghapus peran dari resource organisasi, ikuti langkah-langkah berikut:

Buka halaman Manage resources di Google Cloud konsol:
Klik menu drop-down Organization di bagian atas halaman, lalu pilih resource organisasi Anda.
Pilih kotak centang untuk resource organisasi yang izinnya ingin Anda
ubah. Jika Anda tidak memiliki resource Folder, resource organisasi tidak akan terlihat. Untuk melanjutkan, lihat petunjuk untuk mencabut peran melalui halaman IAM.
Di sisi kanan Panel Info, pada bagian Izin, klik untuk meluaskan peran
yang penggunanya ingin Anda hapus.
Di bagian daftar peran yang diperluas, di samping akun utama yang ingin Anda hapus dari
peran, klik hapus.
Pada dialog Hapus akun utama? yang muncul, klik Hapus untuk mengonfirmasi penghapusan peran dari akun utama yang ditentukan.
Ulangi dua langkah di atas untuk setiap peran yang ingin Anda hapus.

These default roles allow your users to start using Google Cloud immediately, but are not intended for use in regular operation of your organization resource.\n\n\u003cbr /\u003e\n\nThis page describes how to designate a **Billing Account Creator** and\n**Project Creator** for regular operations, and how to remove roles that were\nassigned by default to the organization resource.\n\nAdding a Billing Account Creator and Project Creator\n----------------------------------------------------\n\nTo migrate existing billing accounts into an organization resource, a user must have the\nBilling Account Creator IAM role. Users with the Project Creator\nrole are able to create and manage Project resources. To add additional Billing\nAccount Creators and Project Creators, follow these steps: \n\n### Console\n\nTo grant the Billing Account Creator or Project Creator role using\nGoogle Cloud console:\n\n1. On the **Organization** drop-down list, select your organization resource.\n\n3. Select the check box for the organization resource. If you do not have a\n Folder resource, the organization resource will not be visible. On the right side **Info Panel** , under **Permissions**, enter the\n email address of the principal you want to add.\n\n5. In the **Select a role** drop-down, select\n **Billing \\\u003e Billing Account Creator** or **Resource Manager \\\u003e Project Creator**.\n\n6. Click **Add**. A dialog will appear to confirm the addition or update of\n the principal's new role.\n\nRemoving default roles from the organization resource\n-----------------------------------------------------\n\nAfter you designate your own Billing Account Creator and Project Creator roles,\nyou can remove these roles from the organization resource to restrict those\npermissions to specifically designated users. To remove roles from the\norganization resource, follow these steps: \n\n### Console\n\nTo remove the roles assigned to users by default using the Google Cloud console:\n\n1. Go to the **Manage resources** page in the Google Cloud console:\n\n [Open the Manage resources page](https://console.cloud.google.com/cloud-resource-manager)\n\n \u003cbr /\u003e\n\n2. Click the **Organization** drop-down list at the top of the page and then select\n your organization resource.\n\n3.
