Verifica del dominio in corso

Why do I need to do this?

We don't want someone else to use your domain to sign up for other domain-verified Google services. You can help us keep your domain safe by showing us that you are the owner.

How this works

  • You'll copy a verification code from the setup tool.
  • You'll sign in to your domain registrar and paste the verification code in to the DNS records for your domain.
  • Once your domain registrar publishes your verification code, we'll know you are the owner of your domain.

You're about to add a TXT record to the DNS settings at your domain registrar. This is the easiest method for most people.

If you prefer a different verification method, you can also use the setup tool to add a CNAME record at your domain registrar. To use CNAME as a verification method, click Switch verification methods when you open the setup tool.

Sign in now (requires an admin account)

  1. In any web browser, go to admin.google.com.
  2. Starting from the sign-in page, enter the email address and password for your admin account (it does not end in @gmail.com). If you forgot your password, see Reset your administrator password.

An admin account has privileges to manage services for other people in your organization. The Admin console is only available when you're signed in to an admin account. If you don't have access to an admin account, get help from someone else who does. For details, see Who is my administrator?.

If you see a list of Google Accounts on the sign-in page, be sure to choose your admin account (it does not end in @gmail.com).

Open the setup tool

At the top of the Admin console, click Verify domain to open the setup tool. This tool will guide you through the remaining steps of this process.

The verify domain link is highlighted at the top of the Admin console.

How to add your verification code

1

Find your DNS records

Before you begin:  we have custom instructions for many popular domain registrars. Look for yours here

(a)
In a new tab, sign into your domain registrar with the account and password you used to buy your domain or to manage your website.
(b)
Go to the section where you can update your domain's TXT records. This section should have one of the following labels:
  • DNS settings
  • DNS management
  • Advanced settings

Important: If you have trouble finding DNS records, contact your domain registrar for help.

2

Add your verification code

(a)
Switch to the browser tab that has the setup tool open and copy the verification code.

Shows the Copy button next to the Google Workspace verification code.

(b)
Create a new TXT record on the registrar's web site.
  • Look for a field labeled NameHost, or Alias. Enter @. (If @ causes an error leave this field blank).
  • Paste the verification code you copied into the field labeled Value, Answer, Destination, or Server.
  • Enter 1 hour in the TTL field, or you can leave the default value.

How to add a TXT record to a subdomain

If you're adding a subdomain, enter the subdomain in the registrar's Name/Host/Alias field.
For example, if the new subdomain is support.your-company.com, you would add support to the Name/Host/Alias field. Don't enter @ in this field.

Tell Google to verify your code

(a)
Return to the browser tab where you have the setup tool open.
(b)
On the page where you copied your verification code, scroll to the bottom and click Verify my domain.

Important! Some registrars may require additional time to publish your verification code. If the setup tool can't find your new TXT record, wait an hour before you try again.

If you need additional help with your DNS settings, please contact your registrar. They are experts in managing your domain and are eager to help you.
