Public preview support
The following features are currently in Preview:
- Revert Enterprise file share to a snapshot state
- Filestore Backups for Enterprise and High Scale tier instances
To request access or seek support for Preview features, fill out and submit this form.
Response times typically range from 3-5 business days.
For GA features, please use the regular support channels mentioned on this page. Do not use the Preview support form for requests related to GA features. If you are encountering an urgent issue, please contact your account manager.
Deletion requests for Enterprise or High Scale tier Backups
In certain circumstances, users must contact support for assistance deleting Filestore Enterprise or High Scale tier Backups. To do so, paste the following template into the form listed above and provide all requested details:
I would like to request deletion of all backups associated with the following
Enterprise or High Scale tier instance.
Deleted instance information
* Project ID/number:
* Region of the deleted Filestore instance (e.g. us-central1):
* Name of the deleted Filestore instance:
Backup information
* Region of the backup(s) associated with the above Filestore instance:
* Total number of backups to be deleted [1]:
* Do you have permission to delete backups in this project? [2]:
[1] This number must match the total number of backups in the specified region.
Partial deletion requests are not supported.
[2] If you do not have permission, the request will be denied.
