Terminates the interactive session.

HTTP request

POST https://dataproc.googleapis.com/v1/{name=projects/*/locations/*/sessions/*}:terminate

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

Path parameters

Parameters
name	string Required. The name of the session resource to terminate. Authorization requires the following IAM permission on the specified resource name: dataproc.sessions.terminate

The request body contains data with the following structure:

Fields
requestId	string Optional. A unique ID used to identify the request. If the service receives two TerminateSessionRequests with the same ID, the second request is ignored. Recommendation: Set this value to a UUID. The value must contain only letters (a-z, A-Z), numbers (0-9), underscores (_), and hyphens (-). The maximum length is 40 characters.

Response body

If successful, the response body contains an instance of Operation.
