Verbindungsprofile enthalten Kennungen für Ihre Datenquellen und Zieldatenbanken. Jedes Verbindungsprofil enthält die Mindestmenge an Informationen, die Database Migration Service benötigt, um die Datenübertragung zwischen der Datenquelle und dem Ziel zu ermöglichen.
Zu diesen Informationen gehören:
Name des Verbindungsprofils: Ein von Menschen lesbarer Name für das Verbindungsprofil. Dieser Wert wird in Database Migration Service in der Google Cloud Console angezeigt.
Verbindungsprofil-ID: Eine maschinenlesbare Kennung für Ihr Verbindungsprofil. Dieser Wert wird verwendet, wenn Sie mit Verbindungsprofilen arbeiten und dabei die Google Cloud CLI-Befehle oder die API von Database Migration Service verwenden.
Region: Die Region, in der Ihr Verbindungsprofil gespeichert ist.
Database Migration Service ist ein vollständig regionales Produkt. Das bedeutet, dass alle Entitäten, die mit Ihrer Migration zusammenhängen (Quell- und Zielverbindungsprofile, Migrationsjobs, Zieldatenbanken, Konvertierungsarbeitsbereiche), in einer einzigen Region gespeichert werden müssen.

Nutzername und Passwort für den dedizierten Migrationsnutzer in der Quell- oder Zieldatenbank.
Verbindungsinformationen: IP-Adresse oder Hostname, Port, Name und Passwort des Migrationsnutzerkontos.
Die Verbindungsdetails hängen von der verwendeten Verbindungsmethode ab.
