Ausnahmen melden
Authentifizierungsfehler können verschiedene Ursachen haben. Wir empfehlen, es noch einmal zu versuchen. Wenn Sie in Ihrer IDE mit einem ausgeblendeten Proxy arbeiten, prüfen Sie die Proxy-Einstellungen von VS Code.
Wenn weiterhin Authentifizierungsfehler auftreten, melden Sie die Ausnahme an das Cloud Code-Team. Gehen Sie dazu so vor:
Klicken Sie in der Aktivitätsleiste auf Cloud Code und maximieren Sie dann den Explorer Hilfe und Feedback.
Klicken Sie auf Fehler melden / Funktion anfragen.
Geben Sie die erforderlichen Informationen in die Felder des Feedbackformulars ein.
Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie vor dem Senden des Formulars Cloud Code-Konfiguration senden und Cloud Code-Protokolle senden auswählen.
