Deletes a notification config.

name	string Required. Name of the notification config to delete. The following list shows some examples of the format: + organizations/[organization_id]/locations/[locationId]/notificationConfigs/[configId] + folders/[folder_id]/locations/[locationId]notificationConfigs/[configId] + projects/[projectId]/locations/[locationId]notificationConfigs/[configId]
