SNAPSHOT_AUTO_DELETE_BEHAVIOR_UNSPECIFIED
value: 0 The unspecified behavior.
DISABLED
value: 1 Don't delete any snapshots. This disables new snapshot creation, as
long as the snapshot reserved space is full.
