Values:
STATE_UNSPECIFIED (0):
Unspecified replication State
CREATING (1):
Replication is creating.
READY (2):
Replication is ready.
UPDATING (3):
Replication is updating.
DELETING (5):
Replication is deleting.
ERROR (6):
Replication is in error state.
