Configuration of the RDB based persistence.

Attributes
Name	Description
`rdb_snapshot_period`	`google.cloud.redis_cluster_v1beta1.types.ClusterPersistenceConfig.RDBConfig.SnapshotPeriod` Optional. Period between RDB snapshots.
`rdb_snapshot_start_time`	`google.protobuf.timestamp_pb2.Timestamp` Optional. The time that the first snapshot was/will be attempted, and to which future snapshots will be aligned. If not provided, the current time will be used.
